I've been wondering about this question for quite some time. Which celebrity do you personally feel behaves in ways which you find the least neurotypical? Even by the standards of what money and power does to peoples brains and behaviors?

Personally, I'd have to give the crown to Kanye West. He behaves like an autist at every single opportunity he gets access to a live mic. All the way back in '04 with his "George Bush doesn't care about black people" stunt to his near hijack of Beck's Grammy win in the past year: it can't possibly be that he's just oblivious or high. There has to be at least something up with him.
 
Gary Busey, but he actually isn't neurotypical and has literal brain damage as an excuse.

I mean, he's not exactly the most social of beasts. And some autists (mostly aspergers sufferers) do have certain skills that they're very, very good at and well, look at Stig:
