I'm not sure if it's in this thread or somewhere else at KWF, but someone posted a photo of a neovagina and it was the worst thing I've seen in a long time, and I was trying to sleep last night and it kept popping up in my mind's eye and I think I now have PTSD, so thanks.
 
There is a great British' tradition of men wearing dresses for humorous effect, I do wonder if some of the examples here are just that. "Let's put on a frock for a louche party, just for the hell of it" rather than being a serious attempt at attaining womanhood. At least that's what I try and kid myself.

Anyone degenerate enough to be so grossly AGP has definitely fried the part of their brain that allows goal-oriented planning.
Passing (or at least trying to) would require things like:

1. A well thought out hygiene routine
2. Proper weight and proportion management
3. An eye for clothing trends and matches


There are many more aspects, but a sane person could at least think through what they would need to do to look like the opposite sex by trial and error. These guys however, are stuck in a dopamine coomer loop, so their thoughts likely boil down to "Wear dress so I can coom, because I can't coom unless I'm like a girl."

Also, I'm certain some of them just get off to the discomfort they make others feel when presenting themselves as such abominations.
