FYI this was actually reddit powermod T_Dumbsford who was rejected for HRT by his doc, pitched a bitchfit for bigotry because the doc can't tell HIM he can't use HRT because he'll die of heart or liver failure due to years of drug abuse. Reddit trans community egged him on to find a non-bigoted doctor so they found one to rubber-stamp him. If I recall correctly he was basically dead a year later. Any questions I might answer but I will strip details to protect the innocent. I don't believe I posted this yet. Apologies if I did. He since died AFTER this was posted.
