Not the most repulsive I've come across by far, but the make-up really tops a lot of bad make-up choices I've seen on trannies.
Also, it's probably not his fault, but his shoes are so comically huge - really making him look even more like the fucking clown he is.

Maybe it's just me, but dudes with a facial structure like that give me the absolute fucking creeps, pre and post transition.
They look like a face you'd find in an encyclopedia under the word "retarded".
 
What is he seeing in the mirror? What grade of mental illness does it take to see that and think it's pretty?
