Probably any video when he decided to stop doing online socializing and only deal with people in "real life". There's a ton of quotes from him during that period that make sense given his situation (every person he talked to for years was a troll or wanna be troll).

I get why he gravitates to online socializing, it lacks all the visual and social markers he's normally oblivious to due to autism and dumbness. However, after these realizations where he acknowledges that he's only gonna get trolled online...why would he then jump right back into online dating? IN 2014 NO LESS.

"15 minutes of dialogue, and transformation, later..."

This was sensible because it saved the readers from having to read three pages of text block and then figure out what the characters floating around in the air are doing.

I think online dating is somewhat defensible. When defending the attraction sign he often said things like "how else am I supposed to meet a sweetheart." That is a ridiculous argument when it comes to the attraction sign, but it applies better to onine dating.

Online dating is a perfectly normal way to meet someone. And the other normal ways are blocked off to Chris. He can't meet people through friends. If he tried to hit on girls at a bar or a coffee shop it would be unpleasant for everyone involved.

So he pretty much has two viable choices. Try to find a sweetheart online or give up on the sweetheart search. Well I am 99.982% confident that there is not a woman out there who Chris is capable of being in a relationship with, I can understand why he can't admit that.

I know we all say "Why can't Chris see he will never amount to anything or have any meaningful relationships beyond his mother if he doesn't make massive changes in his personality, attitude, and lifestyle?" I say it too. But on one level, I am kind of happy for his sake that he doesn't. If Chris suddenly acquired an average level of self-awareness it would lead to a realization so devastating that it is hard to wish on anyone.

So I do understand why he uses dating sites. I don't think anything good for him can come out of it, but I am kind of happy he does. It is a sign he still maintains enough delusion to keep his world from crumbling.

"Did I not just tell you I am Seven Inches Long?! It is soo long, that I am literally able to stretch it Under my taint, and tuck it between my own ass cheeks, beyond my ass hole. With help, I can literally even shove the head of the Ugly Growth Up Mine!"

I wished I can forget that you ever had to even think of bringing that up from him in the first place.

"I hate Christian Weston Chandler because...he is a lazy slob, the money is wasted on him, he doesn't have to work for his money, damn that- damn him! And also, he is not friendly to us males! He should be friendly to us males. It makes me- it really ticks me OFF. [Grunt.]"

That smoking is terrible and wondering why anyone would do it.
That a chemical inhalant might relax somebody isn't really that hard to reason out - unless you're unacquainted with actual stress in your adulthood.
His Future Message, where he adviced kids to stay in school.
I was going to use this in particular. Not the whole Future Message of course. I can't support the notion that men should play with little girls' toys in order to understand women. It's also a touch grating that he thinks you can consciously STAY STRAIGHT, since I don't happen to believe it's a choice. But the part about school, that's probably the most sensible thing I can remember Chris saying.

He followed the "stay in school part" so well he's still mentally in high school at age 33. The "stay straight" part, not so much.

I recall Chris mourning Bob's death pretty solemnly on an email. It was probably the one moment I thought of him as an actual, sensible human being.

Of course, this is negated when you remember that the day of Bob's death, he posted a bullshit attraction sign.

"In the end, I WAS the victim."

(The victim of his own machinations that is.)
