Oftentimes lolcows aren't the most upstanding members of human society due to the egotism required to be a cow, oftentimes the "best" goes morally are morally neutral. But surely there has to be an upstanding, honest lolcow? Where would this lolcow be?

Masaokis is definitely up there in the genuinely virtuous crowd. A controversial one is Jack Scalfani, but when you get down to it he's really a colossal step far, far removed from a Gibes, Deeker, or Bate.
 
JustinRPG, he finished college, has a job IIRC. He's a sperg and cringe for sure. But he's never actively went after anyone, done anything illegal, or tried to harm people. He's just an innocent tard living in his world, doing his thing.

I dunno, man...Masaokis talked about his sister sort of creepily from what I remember, although he's known to fuck with his viewers so maybe that was another one of them.

I want to say Jordan Peterson, but he’s not really a true lolcow per se (but he’s moving towards general right-wing grifting, which if he keeps at it, might spiral him deeper into lolcowdom).
