I have an autistic fixation with wanting to try as many mountain dew variants as possible.

I've had regular dew, diet dew, zero sugar, code red, spark, spark zero, major melon, major melon zero, pitch black, voltage, baja blast, baja blast zero, baja flash, maui burst, voltage, frostbite, frostbite zero, livewire, merry mashup, dew-s-a. goji citrus berry, cyclone, spark, spark zero, sweet lightning, thrashed apple. voodew 2019-2021, and liberty brew.

Current dews on my list to try are Legend, Vibe, Berry Monsoon, Purple Thunder, the hard variants, and if I ever make it out to the east to visit my buddy before he moves then Atomic Blue and Southern Shock

I honestly don't know why I have this fixation with trying all the dews, I don't really drink soda often at all besides when I'm trying a new dew.
 
A friend of mine recently found a 12-pack of Flamin' Hot MTN Dew at his local grocery store but he was too much of a pussy to try it.
 
Throwback Mountain Dew tastes better than the regular stuff. I don't know why, I guess I'm more used to all natural sugar based sodas then fake sweeteners.
 
Picked up a tallboy of that (new?) "Hard Mountain Dew" on a whim expecting it to be gimmicky and gross but it was actually pretty good. Baja Blast flavor.

I decided to try it out of curiosity and, at least for me, it was okay. It’s basically standard Dew with a cinnamon Red Hot aftertaste that lingers and colored red.
 
The last few Mountain Dew flavors that have recently released (the Pineapple one they have at KFC and the Strawberry Lemonade that Charlie Day is promoting) haven't been great. They need to figure out how to make Baja Blast from the store just as good as it tastes when you get it from Taco Bell

This sounds like something KingCobraJFS would love

I used to like pitch black Mt dew until I got into my 30s. Now I just like regular Mt dew. Don't drink as much soda now that I'm becoming an old(er) man.

I haven't heard of KFC adding a new flavor of Dew to their line-up recently, the last (and AFAIK only) one they added was Sweet Lightning and that one is Georgia peach-honey flavored.

That's exactly the one I was thinking of and just the fact I didn't even know that's the flavor it was trying to be just shows me they really missed the mark there
 
All this gimmick shit and still no Code Red Zero Sugar. The fuck are they even doing right now.

Got a chance to try the new purple thunder mountain dew from circle k. Honestly it's not bad. One of the newer flavors I actually like. Hell of a lot better than the flaming hot crap.

I saw flaming hot mtn dew at the dollar store the otherday, bought it and it tasted like a spicy code red, the heat was more like the burning sensation of a strong ginger ale, not the kind from a spicy food
 
My favorite flavors are Code Red and Spark, that newish Raspberry-Lemonade combo.
