She barely chews her food in this video. There are some full forks that only last 2 or 3 chews. Once she starts reading she really starts woofing it down.

"Uhmygud, I love broccoli *Slurp* *Slurp* Can you hand me the salt?"

She's actually giving her potatoes and chicken 5 to 7 chews, but every bite of broccoli barely gets 2 to 3 chews max before she swallows it as fast as she can and then chases it with sweet Piña Colada water. Almost 1/3rd of her broccoli bites she lideruhlly doesn't even chew, just immediately swallows.

She's got to turn her vegetables into a salty sweet treat, but our dainty gorl loooves vegetables you guise. If your not going to thoroughly chew a complex carbohydrate like broccoli there's really not much point to even eating it, the long molecule chains are best broken down by mashing them with your teeth.

Edit: I'm not even sure it's appropriate to refer to her chewing mechanism as a 'a chew', it doesn't even look like her teeth are connecting. It's like her jaw moves slightly and her teeth contact her food just enough to deform it so she won't choke on it.

I just saw the video, she's literally inhaling the food. She's not even biting the broccoli and potatoes ,she's straight up eating one at a time. It's both scary and fascinating at the same time

So her dream imagery kind of peaked my interest. As soon as I heard her describe a large snake I immediately thought that it was a representation of her appetite, especially the subconscious way she was struggling to think of something to talk about while she was lideruhlly inhaling her food whole and her first idea was to blurt out this 'weird' dream.

Snakes can have lots of meanings in dreams depending on the context and personal mythology of the dreamer. She never indicated she was particularly afraid of the snake, just that she saw it. Snakes frequently represent deception and a snake in the grass betrayal. Pets can be symbols for loyalty in dream logic, and in Amber's case I think they also represent whatever is most important to her in her life. Her pets were not barking and making loud noises about the snake before it ate them, so the people in her life loyal to her are unaware of the snake and just continue on normally and are consumed by it. She doesn't warn her pets about the snake, just watches as it eats them.

The snake is her self-deception about her food addiction, that she is always subconsciously aware of, but everyone else loyal to her doesn't see the snake (her lahhs). She's worried that those close to her will feel betrayed by her constant lahhs and manipulation, and will leave her(be consumed by it). The idea of being left alone, in a body where everything is physically painful, without the ability to take care of herself or anything important to her, causes her 'inscrutiatingly' horrific pain.
Then she wakes-up and self-deceives by 'loving on her dog so hard' and pretending everything is just fine.

In my opinion.
It's hard not to see her as the giant snake while she sits there with her food at face-level eating in such an off-putting manner. Maybe soon the only way she can get around will be to wriggle around on the floor like a snake as she completes her transformation into some Junji Ito-esque mockery of the human form :o

That meal is the definition of bland, no wonder she's slipping when this is the type of fare she believes she's supposed to eat. If she wanted tacos she should have just made homemade ones that had less calories than the junk food version, gorl is hopeless.

And yet as Rarity and Twinkie are being eaten, it is the most pain AMBER has ever felt. It's always about Amberlynn.

But if you eat faster you get more food.
Amber's eating reminds me a lot of food aggression with animals. Sometimes if a dog or cat is feral and lives on the street, or even just a regular home with multiple animals, it will scarf down it's food super fast because it's afraid of another animal eating it. That's a mild example--obviously the pet can move up to defending their bowl by biting and growling.

I do think Amber has food aggression and I think eating fast is a way of getting as much food as possible. If you finish your plate before anyone else you can get seconds and thus more food. It's strange because she's never talked about being deprived of food or going hungry and usually that's a contributing factor to this kind of behavior. Didn't she get angry a Becky once for taking too many tic tacs as well? She's just gluttonous and doesn't want to have to share.

This was very telling. Eric and Rickie walked in with McDonalds in the last vlog, and it's the same day as when she made chicken and broccoli. So she got jealous and had to have McDonalds too that day.

Her food is her food, your food is her food.

She went through the foster system which is basically prison rules for meals.
She said she used to get lunches from her foster parents and then beg for school lunches at school she would have double lunch

No. Big AL's problem originated before foster care.
(Video begins at the quote)
"My parents were drug addicts. They abused each other. Neglected each other. I ate and I ate and I ate. Food was my best friend."

K. Watch her nearly bite her gorlfriends head off over a tic tac. Her parents are non consequential, she never talks about them. They're a minor blip on her trainwreck path. She started this well after they left the picture. Triple lunches at school, etc. Lord knows shed play that fucking card for ass pats if her parents were legit shit. Here we are, not a peep.

She said in one video when she was a kid her parents gave her money and they went out to McDonald's and bought a bunch of stuff off of the $1 menu for them and their drug addict friends. She would eat 3 or 4 of the burgers (and probably chickie nuggies). So it doesn't sound like she was deprived... I think there might be some reminiscing of her childhood and the "better" times with her parents (and maybe her siblings?) going to get McDonald's. Of course this is Amber so that story could of been made up and something she read in a book.

Then as a foster kid she would get double lunches. But I'm thinking maybe the foster families didn't go out to eat at restaurants or she didn't get any special treats so now she is making up for it by going out to eat 2-3 times a day at different restaurants and treating herself to icecream every single day. She never said that, I'm just speculating. I think she has said some foster families weren't that nice though?

AFAIK the only mentions about foster families were good things.

The way I see it Amber's over-eating has little, if anything to do with her childhood - aside from the fact that she never grew up/refuses to grow up.

Going out to eat/getting fast food is still considered a treat - something that is special because it's out of the daily routine. It's a feel-good activity.
Amber chases the feel-good state of being and for some fucked up reason she thinks she can stay in "Nirvana" 24/7. Buying also gives her the feel-good high, so she buys all that crap - it doesn't matter if the garments she buys don't fit her, she got to buy stuff and bring home bags/get "happy mail". Then she buys some more because the high is gone once she acquires something.

I don't think trauma has as much to do with it as her addict genes. Amber's drug is food and oh boy is she addicted. If she ever had to admit that though she wouldn't take any initiative from it, she'd just say "At least it's not meth." Like that's going to save her from an early grave. She may not be doing anything illegal so she doesn't see it as "wrong", but the consequences of her addiction has made her own body her prison anyway.
