She's suddenly talking about FML the same time we were talking about it here. FML is to CARE for a family member. She's never there and her mom is already being cared for by the home that she's in. To qualify for FML you typically have to have a doctor write off on it, saying that you do indeed need to care for the person. FML can last up to 28 weeks, I wonder what her excuse will be after that.
