As much as I'd love to think Snyarlathotep is in the slammer, his offline time lines up with a potential housing relocation. I remember Deedeedee talking about moving out of the condo, so it's possible they've been moving into a new place and fixing up the condo since his last stream was right at the end of September.

Anyone can attend the court in person just on the open court principles, but usually they aren't live televised - some courts, such as the Supreme Court of Appeals do have audio and video recordings available to the public alongside court decisions that end up on sites like Canlii or SOQUIJ. You can request documents from any court, many require you to do this in person but not all!

breaks loose at the Defcon household tomorrow, I'll sign up & see what I can glean from the hearing.
