When Chantal reported Nader to the police for leaving her, weren't the charges something similar to kidnapping and forcible confinement? If so, he's probably done exactly the same thing again. Eight counts seems like a lot, though, but I'm not familiar with Canadian confinement laws as they pertain to methed-out sex pests.

DD is still defending this POS by lying for him, writing his post, and refusing to share details. Their "break up" is just a way to attempt to hide his imprisonment. After all, he bragged that he'd never be locked up, and he bragged when he got off on the Mae charges. It'll hurt his fragile little coward's ego that he's behind bars and unable to control the story.

This may be something I’m imagining, but I feel almost certain that when Chantal and/or Mae laid charges against Nader he was nervous and upset and DD said something along the lines of his having to keep his nose clean as he’d be eligible for deportation if he caught charges after serving time for stabbing Delphine (and her brother?)

Someone else looked up the codes for his current charges (I did not verify this):

I did a bit more digging and took a look at today's court roster in Montréal. Almost every case I clicked on (dozens of them) had the same 279 code under Plaintiff Organization, with only a few exceptions.

A few screenshots from other cases from today, as examples:

So, now we know. The Plaintiff Organization 279 code is NOT the Criminal Code 279. We do not know what Nader is being charged with or if he's even in jail right now. Hopefully, some people will continue to monitor the rosters in the future and we can catch a hearing live for more information.

Or, hey, Deedee? You could do the funniest thing right now. Think about all the zupershats you could rake in.

It looks like Deedee got custody of the iPad that Chantal bought Nader in the split. You would think that if he left the condo voluntarily, he'd take his most prized possession. Very curious.

IIRC, in Chantal's case, the "confinement" or "kidnapping" charge was because he once hid her keys so she couldn't drive home.

So yeah, it could literally mean anything.

I started listening to DD's live earlier today. When blathering on about becoming muslin she said, paraphrasing, "I can't smoke, drink or do weird sexual things anymore." She later qualified the sex comment as adultery but adultery isn't 'weird sexual things' in most people's minds, morally wrong maybe, but not weird. So some sex degen scenario is def probable.
