Tom's vid is my first exposure to Narcissa/Cosmo except for a couple namedrops from Karl Jobst.

I'm about halfway through the video and so far, man, I just feel bad for em. There's still 40 minutes left, plenty of time for actively hateable actions or horrifying actions. But right now, it's just depressing. And the bit I'm at right now just seems like a person going off the rails and absolutely freaking the fuck out in the hope someone will step in and go "you okay? let's go get you some help".

Still got half of the video though so still plenty of time for some classic laughing at stupidity, hating people for malicious stuff or gawping at pure horrorcow material, but for now, it just looks like a socialite nerd who had a talent and an endearing personality having their life crash in slow motion.

From my very uninformed lense, it almost seems like Narcissa exists to replace Cosmo and to totally erase him. Almost like a "suicide of identity" in a sense.

Every time this thread gets bumped, I get a bit hopeful that new details about Siglemic or Adrian have been revealed, since there isn’t much known in that regard, even though their relationships were very important and influential for Cosmo before he went absolutely bonkers. I don't know why it took me this long to realize but Tom pointing out what drugs Cosmo has taken made me realize something? We talk about him being a pathetic AGP but I think a lot of his issues would be solved if he got clean from drugs. Taking benzos and doing shrooms sounds insane no wonder this guy is a husk.

He was a decent guy. Could easily be a semi-popular streamer on Twitch. Even if he was not the "best speedrunner" he was likeable enough to watch play a videogame.

I think he can still get his health back but I said it before he needs to do the opposite he has been doing.
Stop all estrogen, 5ar inhibitors, etc. No feminizing hormones. Stop all drugs.

He might need something like hCG and arimidex for a while. But can probably heal naturally as well. Eat healthy diet with meat, vegetables, carbs, etc. No vegan or vegetarian for a while at the least.

Not trying to be a white knight but he makes his suffering worse by just keep taking this crap. Unless he already stopped lol.

It really is kind of tragic to see someone go from Cosmo's heights to "Narcissa's" lows. At the end of the day he's the archetypal troon, a nerdy/awkward dude who hit a low point and dove headfirst into estrogen to cope only to discover that titty sprinkles and self-delusion don't actually fix anything. The 4chan comment about 59 minutes into Tom's video is spot on, which is why it hit Cosmo so hard. I think that deep, deep down a lot of troons do realize they've absolutely torpedoed their lives for nothing, and that's part of why they react so dramatically to anything that threatens their delusion.
