In the Kid Icarus stream Cosmo states he has very high blood sugar levels, heart pain and circulation issues, and puts it down to lack of cardio and not eating correctly because he was so focused on the digital world.

There are a lot of things that a normal person wouldn't do that Cosmo is doing - to be fair. The nutrition soy drinks are the least of his problems.
