In his mind, his "failure" is actually "the struggle of a beautiful young woman gamer celebrity trapped in a male's body", not actual failure. What happens when it becomes evident that he IS a failure and the supply stops coming..?

Take his "Twitter suicide" video for example. He opens up saying "I give and you take" (x20). What the fuck does he give? He gives nothing, he does nothing but somehow in his head he's still this engaged entertainer or athlete.
