There is recorded proof you wanted to wish harm on him for screenshotting your activities, and by doing this and sending me something similar, you just committed a serious crime.

You also impersonated the legal trademarks of Wikia and sent fake malware posing as a legitimate program (ShareX) in your attempts to get revenge on us.

Since you have proven you are willing to commit crime, I will be reporting your forgeries to the appropriate parties, and it's up to them to press charges for tarnishing their trademarks in the pursuit of cybercrime.

I can forward you copies of the emails he sent us with the malware, which,
had me or others clicked on it, would have destroyed our computers.

I have been very tolerant so far, but I may just take this before police if
you don't, because he has just committed the crimes of false impersonation
(which I have informed Wikia about) and sending malicious software via
email.

I will not, repeat, NOT, cease reporting his ban evasion to Wikia,
DeviantArt, Wikia, Wikipedia, or any other website that has banned him from
using their services where I am a member in good standing and where it is
my right and duty to report such actions to appropriate staff (and on Wikia
at least, I AM staff at several wikis he vandalizes and ban evades on, and
I do not apologize for doing my job)

I have no taken part in any criminal acts towards your son and would be
willing to defend myself before a court of law on that matter, so if you
wish to go that far over the criminal actions your son is guilty of (and I
have kept records), then by all means. In fact, I have advised others to
refrain from committing such acts and deplored any who have, and I do so
again.

You asked me to not to contact you again, I have honored your requests as
best I can, but you have elected to contact me, so let me make this clear
to you:

Your son is guilty of those crimes aforementioned and I and anyone else
reporting his ban evasion on sites that have banned his presence is not
unlawful, and I nor anyone else you have tagged into this message will
cease doing so. We will also report crimes done to us to proper authority
and to all interested parties, and we will make public record of such
activities so the public can be warned your son will attempt malicious acts
to destroy the property of others simply because he cannot understand he is
breaking rules on certain websites and he wants revenge because responsible
citizens report his activity.

My suggestion to you, ma'am, is to tell your son to cease going to the
sites I mentioned, threatening their users, harassing their staff, ban
evading, and committing felonies like sending malware and hiring hackers
(which he attempted in the past concerning the TV Tropes website).

Otherwise, I will be happy to see your son in a courtroom, hopefully the
law will be able to give him the discipline to obey rules he does not seem
to have himself.

Repeated Harassment: ever since 2012, nate has been using ip proxies to make sockpuppet accounts to vandalize multiple sites like TV Tropes, Deviantart, Wikipedia, and Wikia when they've banned him from their services multiple times.

Attempted Sabotage: Nate tried to hire a hacker to fuck up TV Tropes in the past, he also sent me and @GethN7 emails with malware links that can destroy a computer.

Every action her sped of a son has taken will fall on her hands. The case will be even worse for them if this malware was public as then it affected everyone visiting that site that day.

Police are ill equipped to handle cybercrime (which is obviously something Nate did) The FBI is not. IC3 will evaluate your complaint and send it over to the proper channels.

Just got an update on that, Wikia gave me instructions to report what Nate did to the Federal Trade Commission, as falsely using the trademarks of a commercial entity for the purposes of crime falls under their jurisdiction.

They told me I could keep them in the loop myself, but they would not necessarily require it, the FTC would contact Wikia for further information they could provide.

@StoneKnightMan, I'll forward you the relevant information tomorrow so you can do so as well.

In the meantime, please belay any further action until I do so.
