Aaron Swartz's charges were dismissed three days after he killed himself. It varies, but usually the charges get dropped pretty fast since you can't try, incarcerate, or convict a corpse.

I can't think of a better person than him to end up there. Granted, I believe in eternal oblivion, which is actually a more satisfying thing to think about than eternal hellfire. Eternal hellfire is karmic IMO, but the thought of Nathan just ceasing to exist and being nothing, especially after what he did and his total lack of remorse, is far more satisfying to me.

Its the look of determination, and the sense of "i can do no wrong and no one can stop me" that he's giving off in that photo. Yeah, glad he's rotting now. Since hes a ward od the state, he's probably getting cremated unless his family wants to claim and bury him.
Even if it is true, his suicide by starvation basically means that all of his victims are denied justice. Not justice in the retributive sense - hell, they can throw a party on his grave for all I care - but justice in the legal sense.
I'll give it three days. If the government doesn't dismiss it by then I'm following your lead and calling bullshit. I'd like to think Nathan's dead, but some proof would be great too.
