i work at a pizza place currently. i like the job and everything even though i make minimum wage. i get free pizza, employees are cool, etc.

problem is, one of my coworkers is a ftm tranny. normally i wouldnt really give that much of a shit but she is just annoying and constantly talks about her transgenderism. i try to act apolitical at work as to not stir up any drama or anything because its a sensitive topic but somehow she got onto the topic of ww3 and how trump was going to put transgenders in concentration camps. was tending to a customer and tranny starts telling the customer how they got their trans name and shit. i had an anime wallpaper on my phone and tranny begins talking about how some of the characters should be gay. i told her they are teenagers and you shouldnt be "shipping" characters unless its intended to be like that, and then she started talking about how straight is eww and shit. was talking to my boss about how my grandma has been annoying me so tranny comes in and yells at me about how i should be grateful i have a grandma because hers just died. i mean yeah i guess it was a little insensitive of me to say that while she was around but still. i feel like troons just want to be the center of attention a lot and only care about themselves. sorry for posting such a long pointless rant its just annoying and kind of a pain in the ass to deal with.

I agree with Peaches.
Just a word in managements ear about how you don't want to say something yourself and make them feel like people are intolerant at work, but you've noticed customers get visibly uncomfortable/distressed at having to listen to personal medical/mental health related information from this person. You're worried that customers may simply avoid the store altogether rather than be subjected to this unnecessarily personal situation.

I don't mean this as an insult or anything, but as a general rule of thumb it's best to keep work and your personal life as separate as you possibly can. Don't worry too much about her, I've worked these sorts of jobs before and people rotate in and out constantly. You probably won't be dealing with it as long as you think.
