Persons of gender have absolutely zero self awareness. Ignoring / grayrocking does nothing in my experience, they just assume you didn't hesr them. The only solution is accidentally locking her in the freezer at closing time.

I'd snoop around her/his locker and keep hair samples. Do it until you've got a good amount. Being a Troon she probably has dyed hair. Then one week start dropping them into Pizza's constantly so she gets blamed. Being a Troon, she will scream and raise a fuss and be fired after she threatens to kill everyone.
