Forget TGA, Boris Johnson is set to sweep the UK general election. Salt has been raining down on all fronts. ResetEra isn't a video game board; it's a politics board, and I'd bet anything they'll react more strongly to the Labour Party's impending irrelevance than they will to the latest iteration of Not-the-Oscars.

Though there is always that pesky "they're really, really petty people" thing...

Has Resetera weighed in on that streamer with tourettes saying "kill the jews!" on stream after people in her chat spammed it? I'm curious where they'd fall on that. On the one hand, Tourettes is an actual mental disorder - something they wished they all had, on the other they decry any sort of "bigotry", imagined or otherwise. Also, it was Sophia Narwitz who reported it and they hate her..

Here's the thing that these idiots must understand. Neither fascism or socialism is rising in the world.

If anything the political trend that we're seeing now is the rise of Caesarism at best.

Now if you ask me I still think that the United States is undoubtedly the greatest country ever as of now but with that said we even we don't come close to the great Roman Civilization which has deeply left its mark on human history for as long as the human race exists.

If you ask me, the political trend that we are seeing now is Caesarism which is the rise of strongman leaders that rise to power where they preach to the masses about how they want to defend their nation's interests and be for the people.

We in this day and age are seeing our modern day Julius Caesars; Donald Trump, Shinzo Abe, Narendra Modi, Benjamin Netanyahu, Boris Johnson, and others like them are all modern day examples of rising Julius Caesars (or strongmen) in this time.

The Roman Civilization was and always will be the greatest ancient western civilization that ever existed and now the spirit of the Roman Civilization is still living on.

Say what you want about people like Boris Johnson but that is the reality that we are seeing now.

2020 will probably bring a Labour leadership contest when Corbyn is fired for being a terrorist loving coffin dodger and a General Election when the economy crashes and petrol reaches 2 quid a litre and all hell breaks loose

Of course when we mention Fascism nobody on ERA mentions their beloved China:

- Ethnic and religious minorities are being at the least severely repressed and at worst outright exterminated
- A repressive surveillance state
- A State Corporatist economy with a thin veneer of Socialism covering up top-to-bottom corruption
- A one-party state
- Territorial imperialism
- "Re-education" and slave labour camps
- A literal 1984-esque attempt to prevent even counter-government thought by policing language
- An atavistic belief in restoring an old empire

But no, Boris Johnson is a Fascist because he said "Picanninies" once.

They never pick up on it, do they. That the way they talk about other people is often a large part of why they don't have any support.

ResetEra is a perfect hallmark of this mindset - 'Vote with us or you're a shitty person.' Which has been repeatedly followed by, 'You shitty people didn't vote with us! How could you?' The problem is never with the message, or the policies, or any of that - it's always just 'Everyone's bigots except us.'

Fuckloads of the people who voted for the Tories loathe Boris Johnson. He's a hateful human being, so I get it. But people expect to hate their politicians and that they'll lie, so they'll vote for someone they hate because they're not actively attacking them at every point and at least saying they'll enact policies they want, rather than the people who are saying they want to make policy they don't want.

And of course, at the centre of it, are troons, whose demands are the current front of the culture war, and who are the first to claim that everyone's out to murder them if they don't get exactly what they want. The UK has given way too much social capital to much less than 1% of the population, and places like ResetEra and Something Awful assume people are voting out of hate, when in fact they're just voting for their rights over the rights of troons, who hate them anyway.

Considering how many of them are narcissists, they just can't stand that people are indifferent to their exaggerated claims of victimhood. That most people don't care to make LGBT rights, heavy emphasis on the T, the single issue they vote on - except that there are people, the modern version of the fabled 'soccer mom', which is probably 'mumsnet poster', who will explicitly not vote for anyone (like the Lib Dems) who make troon affirmation a tentpole of their policy.

ResetEra are so polarised in their thinking, so unable to see shades of grey, that they think anyone who doesn't believe what they do is at best malicious, but usually a generic hate-filled bigot. Classic SJW hypocrisy, hating millions of people because of mind-reading them for being full of hate.

And if there's one clear thing about the troons and handmaidens of ResetEra, it is that they are brimming with hatred and love to spread it out in the world. It's why it's funny that they're powerless, because they desperately want to bully the world and they get frustrated because they're all a bit shit.

The last time they fled their hugspace, they struggled to find a community that would accept their brand of crazy. Eventually, like ants after a child kicks over the hill, they congealed into an even bigger mountain of cancer.

At this point everybody else has been exposed to how fucknuts they are. By the time ResetEra falls (and it will), after all the bannings and mods jumping ship, only the craziest of the crazy will be left. Absolutely no one will tolerate them joining any discussion group. Any community the REEfugies try to reestablish will be unable to sustain itself longer than a week. This time they wander the desert till the last of them die.

I disagree because outside their container is the vacuum of space.
