I’ve been saying all along that EviLore is a piece of shit who would gladly return NeoGAF to the hellhole it was if his perceived clout could potentially be restored. People here hoping for some kind of redemption arc have been fooling themselves. At least Cerium just takes a hands off approach and grabs as much cash as he can, EviLore easily buys into his own bullshit. EviLore must have noticed an upswing of interest and activity on NeoGAF. I guess ResetEra literally banning most of their userbase has caused more of them to slink back.

Money and clout. Before Showergate, Tyler had a mid six figure income that allowed him to have a nice bachelor pad in a nice part of Austin where he hooked up with, among other thots, a Miss Texas contestant. He had front row tickets to the Chappelle show that got filmed for his Netflix special. He made pretty good money with almost no effort. He’d love nothing more than to bring those days back. His pivot back to crackdowns shows his true inclinations.

Sometimes it's fun to stop by the "'Women' complaining about female characters" thread because they always find some new metric by which men are sexist. It's like back when suddenly every progressive woman was complaining about how men demanded that all women have thigh gaps, and meanwhile all the men in the world were like, "What's a thigh gap?"

So don't deny it. We know that when you meet a new woman you're looking down at her feet to see what angle they're at. And she's thinking, "Excuse me! My boobs are up here."

While I'm mildly pleased Neogaff is more normal pivoting back to a misrable shithole would be very very funny, especially as it would eventually implode because evilore's an idiot and cannot learn so it would escalate the same way.
