There is no official list. A couple of years ago (how time flies) I tried to make a list of all the things ResetEra cancelled, but the list has only grown since then.
I think Cyberpunk and Washington Examiner would be added to that list at very least. Though CDProject Red was cancelled before Cyberpunk.

I also tried to make a solid list of stuff that shall be not named, and it is hard to keep it updated because they never explicitly say what is a no-no and in my case got banned 3 days just for directly asking a mod and just pointing me to a general faq that has not been updated in a long time:
