I've come to the conclusion that ResetEra is not just a hugbox. It is a hugbox that is so insulated, that its members assume that anyone who disagrees with them on anything from politics to sports is being "disingenuous".

Like, it's one thing to shut yourself off from outside opinions. But it really hits a whole new level when you assume that your detractors are deliberately being insincere and are lying about what they know, purely because they have a different world view than you.
