Currently ResetERA is triggered over a butt-slap scene in Valkyria Chronicles 4 and calls it sexual harassment. One of them got banned for trying to get their heads straight that it's not a big deal.

A fat dude with a tiny penis is not unattractive because society deems him as such this moment, it's because he's fat and has a small penis and women don't desire that. Same reason men don't desire women who are too thin or too fat because of the obvious implications those things suggest regarding her motherhood or children/genetics. I believe that some standards of beauty are a social construct; certain looks do go in and out of fashion, and that applies to physical appearance as much as clothes and hair. You can see it in major models over the decades, where waifish women like Twiggy were big in the 60s, but then you moved onto your Cindy Crawfords and Claudia Schiffers in the late 80s.
But there are some things that are much more objectively aesthetically pleasing, and have always been. Studies have shown we respond better to more symmetrical faces, for example. And on an individual level, society might declare some things more attractive at certain times, but that doesn't necessarily affect what you personally find attractive in people.

I tend to think that a great deal of what is considered 'beauty' is highly subjective aside from some basics you pointed out, and that it IS a construct. But the thing is... so what? You can be in the social construct and enjoy being 'beautiful' or you can be outside it and revel in your 'uniqueness' but what you can't expect to do is somehow bitch and whine to change the construct. That's never how it works.
There are a lot of arguments that being more rotund was a sign of good health and social status in previous centuries because calories were often hard to come by and those in lower social strata had to exercise (i.e. physical work) so much that they would rarely get fat. That may have increased the attractiveness of someone more plump. But now it's the opposite- rich and healthy people pay personal trainers (or surgeons) to make them look thin and fit. But trailer trash eat McDonalds and watch Judge Judy all day till they 'achieve' that perfect body that nobody wants, maybe in part because it's indicative of being trailer trash.
And even in the days when buxom women were hot society never really liked the aesthetic of the sort of corpulent woman they put on cosmo.
