I've seen this sort of thing before and the examples I've seen given tend to have something in common. I'll give you a few: Street Fighter, Kingdom Hearts, Hyrule Warriors. All of these games are Japanese and the evil characters have a skin tone pretty in line with an east Asian skin tone. Guess it's the dreaded "internalized racism".

Or, you know, these people are all dumb Americans who don't know what they're talking about.

Stinkles is a whole different level of stupid. He's a project manager for Microsoft's Halo factory developer who spends most of his time railing against the man on a forum run by a Sony loving Autist who looks like he belongs in Lord of the Rings.

They're reacting to this. Since it's Neogaf, they're taking the opportunity to dance on graves to condemn all Trump supporters. Some are whining that the guy isn't being labeled a terrorist. The member getting railed made the mistake of sharing that while the killer attended a Trump rally, he got kicked out of it and then posted some of his social media stuff that was all over the place politically.

I'm surprised that thread only has six pages of replies. Yeah, it's more than the one they had on the black guy that killed three people and said he wanted all whites dead but I expected more. Maybe it's because murdered victims weren't Muslims?

It's because they can't tie it to the anti-Trump/Trump makes people violent racists narrative. Some of em are really trying to claim he was a Trump supporter, but there's too much out there showing he supported Sanders, and stuff showing he hated Christians too, so they can't make it pure "Islamophobia."
