He wasn't fired, left on his own. He was a founder of the company and had partial say over everything they did but he just sold his part to the rest of the guys because he wanted nothing to do with the company as he felt they had hung him out to dry, which is true.

As for Retardera, their hate of him isn't much different from Jon's in the grand scheme of things in my opinion. One week he is making videos on youtube that would get like 15-30k views and then the next week he is on Joe Rogan's podcast which has a pretty big audience.
