It's the same double-standard as the one where portraying troons with a beard in a garish dress = BAD, but being a troon with a beard in a garish dress = brave and stunning.

It'd be interesting to see the limits tested if some transwoman (with a name like MissCutieSweetGurliegurlSuzieRainbowchan so you KNOW it's a girl) would show up and say that they were raped for 20 months straight in a single year by their stepdad until he discovered lolicon, which satiated his urges and saved her. And so, she's fully in support of a distinction for lolicon and thinks it should be promoted to save children and we shouldn't demonize the poor pedos for seeking help by going to 8chan.
