After reading their OP, I've got a question for billable hours kiwis - you can't have sexual harassment if you are unpaid, can you? I can't see where the damages would stem from.

Where is this statistic that women have such a hard time coming forward about harassment because people want proof come from anyway? If a crime has been committed, they are going to need proof. That's still a thing. That standard hasn't changed no matter how many thirsty nerds or trannies on gaming forums wanting to appear as virtuous women crusaders are blindly calling for executions or not.

I almost feel bad for Evilore here. He knows he lost his place to the crazies, he knows that nearly every thread about fucking anything turns into a nonstop idiotic virtue signaling bullshit. Imagine you own a place where a motherfucker posts shit like "One person's testimony is, literally, proof" unironically. Imagine being in charge of the biggest videogame forum on the internet and yet nearly every discussion about videogames gets derailed by some barely related bullshit that nobody fucking cares about (A Hat in Time supports white supremacy you guys!), sometimes it might even start about how they wish Geralt was bisexual. Imagine that.

Now you can look at it as a job, one that you need to make money. But it's not that simple. At some point you won't be able to take it anymore. One more ridiculous doxing campaign over unsubstantiated claims and you flip. The next morning you remember that it is a job and you go back into the shadows for some time. I honestly can't even open NeoGAF without feeling nauseated. Imagine fucking owning the joint and having to do so.

There is none it's just a thinly veiled pretense for setting up inquisition style social justice tribunals where anyone accused of misconduct towards a women/minority is declared guilty without proof or a trial, like they have at some colleges.

The problem isn't banning crazies as such but banning only half the crazies based on vaguely similar politics, leaving only left-wing crazies in the case of NeoFAG, which actually also bans non-crazies for not being crazy enough.

By comparison, this site has a pretty good policy of letting crazies run rampant until they're shitting all over the furniture and biting random people.
