If these tards and troons wanted to do something they'd all leave their asylum and create a new one. They're too lazy to even do that.
The Swedes might even regret their purchase if the inmates all fuck off again and drop Resetera traffic to NeoGAF levels. Tyler Malka is not making 700k a year.

Sweden is Troon central for sure but I imagine this is a business with little scruples and no particular love of troons.
They are interested in making money, not some social journey to celebrate troonery.
I think it is a very good investment.
Imagine, today they make ~500k$ in profit per year, and that is without much attempts at all to drive monetization.
If they aggressively monetize, i.e. more ads, less moderation, more drama, more anger, and open up registration for anyone, direct sales, etc
they should easily increase the profits by several multiples.
I say they will easily have recovered their entire investment within 2 years.

I was in a forum years ago where the faggot site owner sold it to a larger community/network for a decent little payout. But once we found out the entire community packed up and moved leaving the sold forum with zero activity.

It's an advertising company specializing in SEO. It has zero scruples. The moment the troons give even the smallest hint of legitimate trouble, they'll all get the boot in one fell swoop. It's not unheard of during forum acquisitions for the new owners to remove literally all current staff -- top to bottom, including technical people -- and replace them with corporate employees (or at least corporate-approved outsiders). It's astonishing how fast fresh blood can mop up a mess left behind by the old guard.
Especially if they get rid of all the fucking troons and the forum suddenly becomes usable.
