The good thing is that if some retard like Seik actually get hung up by his threads deletion he can go straight to MOBAFIRE and then will accelerate the moving in process.

Morrigan is possibly worse than a troon, she's a bitter French-Canadian woman.

Her, Pau (who resigned over not getting paid and nobody noticed) and Nepenthe are like the only "born as female" moderators they've had, all the rest were toxic troons constantly causing drama. I do not recall the entire list of all their admins/moderators though. Was Fiction a moderator? She's legit too. She's the one Opiate (moderator on GAF) chastised for being anti-pedophile due to being sexually assaulted as a child.

It is a gaming forum. Why would they need a creator that creates and drives discussions and engagement about retro gaming topics?
It is a gaming forum, why not bait and drive these type of people off the site and laugh at them while they are kicked off?

Unlike jannies, tard wranglers do not do it for free. They also have a far more dangerous job than seething at wrongthink. I'd love to see a jannie try to stop a downie rampage.

User Seik started another thread about the sale, which was deleted, and and because "he might try to create other threads" they silently juniored his acocunt and removed his create-thread privileges.
He discovered it several hours later and people ask "WTF? You junior him for something he might do in the future? why didnt you just fucking tell him not to start new threads"

The faggots double down with "it is too much work to tell them what to do, so banning is just easier"
Seik has had enough and decides to leave era and deletes his threads (he is creating and driving a LOT of the retrogaming talk)
and the admin just mocks him, haha we can and have restored your threads.

Then in comes comes Queen Vulpix and Morrigan and just outright start to mock him "aren't you leaving yet? haha your threads are restored"
together with the admin.
This is how era works today. The "clique" comes together and mocks regular users and laugh when they drive them off the site.

QueenVulpix and Morrigan just looks like more and more toxic trannies the more of the posts I read.

Remember when everyone was so concerned that they should be able to have all their posts and threads deleted because european law, right to be forgotten and how they did not want these alt-righters over at MOBA to profit from their posts?

That was yesterday. Today we think that you should never be able to ask to have your content deleted.
This is why it is so pointless to discuss with these type of people. What was super fundamental and inalienable rights just yesterday can today be completely ignored, because needs to because new narrative.

It's boilerplate basically, I think it would be really dumb for them to try to use it as an end run around copyright in court. But you put there anyway. Lots of TOS have content like this.

That said, I expect it's even less enforceable in the EU.

IIRC, someone once brought it up and Cerium pretty much said it was boilerplate he did not intend to enforce and they locked the thread and whisked it away into the Phantom Zone. Funny enough, the only thing I can now find on this on ResetERA is a thread where they're complaining about NeoGAF having had the same exact language not realizing it.
