Over this last week, I observed a fair number of embarrassing threads, specifically when it comes to prices. Forspoken is priced at 70 USD on Steam, and around 80€ in the countries that use the currency. Bearing in mind that US prices do not include taxes, while European prices do.

Inflation is a real thing, and the reality is that we were still 10 dollars behind from matching the real value of 60 bucks in 2005 with 70 dollars in 2020, let alone this year's "transitory inflation" born out of the coof-lockdownerism that Retardera fully supports even now.
I have some amount of sympathy for people getting paid a couple hundred of euros a month (how's that EU working out for ya?), but I have to say that I'm not sure that you should be buying any games if you're like this guy.
I'm going to go ahead and assume that he's talking about his monthly salary. But even then, I question your money managing skills and/or how many games your buying that you can't treat yourself to the luxury (because that's what vidya is) to a full priced game on occasion.
Alex Battaglia is a class-A moron. Why shouldn't you be paying full price for a new, next-gen only game?
And again, it's as if no one realizes the tax differential in these prices.
