There's a Jap game called 13 Sentinels or something like that where one character is a cross dressing boy who openly identifies as male and does it because it's fun. The American translation lazily changes him into a female identifying troon literally without changing any of the other dialogue or story so his character arc makes zero sense.

It's just pandering for pandering's sake.

This is true though, why else would they want to be women themselves?

That way they don't need to be accountable for their actions.

And she is right that men who are 170cm don't have human rights, now if she said men who are 5 foot 5 inches tall don't have human rights, then that's something I would take offence too. I mean they're honest souls who don't use metric.
