That pasta originates from a post on Neogaf back in 2008 I believe.
Curiously the specific post was never archived, but it was from Neogaf's very early history. It became a meme because of how dumb it was and people would frequently make edits of it for new historically exclusive games going multiplat. It was immortalized due to this video

Its also the only Neogaf meme I'm aware of.

Many of NeoGAF's better-known memes are the same garbage-tier shit that cycles around Weird Twitter.

It's not even a meme really, it's a term that denotes when you don't like someone anymore because of their wrongthink. The fact that this happened to these people so often they needed a memey-ass term for it is honestly worse than just a shitty meme.

In other words, literally for no reason. Because they had a thought that maybe you disagree with. This means you throw the person who had a bad thought away like garbage, regardless of any value they otherwise had, because they had a bad thought.

This is why people are gleefully celebrating the death of NeoGAF.

I suppose if you’re working in porn and you don’t want semen in your eyes, then “Milkshake, duck!” might be a valid expression.
