Except they tried not only voting with their wallets, but also shrieking loudly while doing it. And what was the result? Nearly all the games they shriek about are either selling well or selling great (See Cuphead & A Hat in Time).

SJWs are just not enough of an audience to cater for. Period. And NeoGaffots are even less so.

What's very awkward is when you try to explain that to them: They either lock up or immediately claim pity for your internalized racism. I've always said I'd rather talk to a racist hick than an SJW: At least the hick is honest enough to clarify up front that he'll never respect me. Granted, in circumstances other than this sort of conversation, your race should never be brought up online in the first place because it doesn't fucking matter.

Still, it's irritating to see these obviously racist people pat asses about how they're doing so much for me as a minority, and you're somehow the villain for calling them out on it. If you're a minority and disagree with the absurd notion that a bunch of white degenerates online are your ambassadors to civilized society, you're somehow a /pol/tard instead of just someone that sees how the racial virtue-signalling does far more harm socially to a race than it does good. I guess they'll just get away with it, though, and the reasonable minorities will be the ones to suffer from that pendulum swing. And they'll never understand how their white privilege let them cause that mess.

Of course, that really only matters online where retards shout louder than anyone else, but it's disheartening to see it bleed into offline things as well, because minorities also have their own silent majorities within the demographic, and having a bunch of "others", so to speak, come take our voice by appointing themselves representatives, drive race relations into the ground, and disappear back into their native majority is CIA levels of social discourse.

They won't realize it, but other people finally do. I've been saying exactly the same thing about the Noble Savage/White Man's Burden shit for YEARS and not seeing anyone else saying it. Now it's everywhere, including in places where it would have been stomped down before. I'm nobody, so what must have happened is that a bunch of other nobodies realized the same thing (as it is pretty damn obvious) and finally got sick of keeping quiet about it.

Who's that white guy who literally told black people he knows more about racism than they do? This train of discussion reminded me of him. It's like guys who call themselves male feminists. Every high profile male feminist I've come across gets hit with sexual harassment allegations at some point. If you have to say "I respect women" you probably don't and are covering for that fact. Normal people do the right thing because it's expected, they don't need to draw attention to it. It's like meeting someone for a first date and saying "I am definitely NOT a serial killer" out of the blue. Why would you say that unless you were one?

1) Cuphead is based on 30s animation
2) 30s animation tended to have a lot of racist portrayals of blacks and other minorities.
3) Therefore, by the associative property, Cuphead is racist as fuck.
