I would consider human psychology more valid and empirical of a field than gender studies.

Gender studies as a field of study seems entirely dependent on analyzing cultural factors as they inform gender roles and the consequences therein. It's a degree in pointing out the obvious, in short. Nobody but the most insufferable and petty people willingly waste tens of thousands of dollars in tuition to learn something like that.

Even Congresswoman Brianna Wu, the shrieking feminist that she tries to be, tried to study engineering for ten years instead of going anywhere near gender studies. Given, she was a man back when she was on that track.
