Just because I'm nice, doesn't mean that I don't have the right to call people out on bullshit such as trolling, or for calling people out in which they're supporting a "president" who's racist against minorities like myself, who's very sexist against women, & who wants to be a dictator on every whim while turning this country upside down.

Like many posters said, nice guys don't need to say they're nice, that thread they linked is filled with hilarity that anyone can enjoy.

I am not gonna argue about Trump's person, but as someone who knows what dictators actually do, I can very heartily disagree with your assertion that Trump is a dictator, dictators don't take kindly to protests, and from what I can see, nonviolent protestors are mostly left alone. Dictators have secret police arresting everyone who criticizes them, yet I see the entirety of ResetEra is still ok.

ResetEra if you recall tried to pretend to be better and more inclusive at the beginning so it is entirely possible that Besada was too nuclear for the dumpster fire known as ResetEra.

That was the point of having non-throwaway emails, easily doxxing your posters when shit hits the fan. Helps keep the ResetEra posters in line.

Regarding @Lurkyseas1 , you come across as a dyed-in-the-wool liberal that would have towed the ResetEra party line as long as you weren't banned. If you'd be willing, we have some really valuable questions to ask you:

• What exactly was your train of thought in coming to posting here on the Farms? Are there private discussions on discords/in-games where Kiwi Farms is whispered as an evil hellhole but with enticing ban-free discussion? Was it strictly this thread or Kiwi Farms as a whole attractive?
• What type of email did you use to register on ResetEra?(Non-specific answer, like "a work email with my actual name" or "college email" or ".gov email my dad never uses)
• What games were you playing with other ResetEra users, and what community features did ResetEra attract you with? "medium barrier to entry to minimize trolling, political filtering for me, somebody paying for private TF2 servers with admins" etc.
• Did you come here for long-term posting, or is it just a temporary knee-jerk reaction to your ResetEra banning?
• Did you migrate from NeoGAF to ResetEra originally last year? If not, how did you find out about ResetEra?

Answered truthfully, these questions would give a lot of insight into a slice of the current ResetEra userbase that we'd love to talk to without filters.

Not sure it's something to expand upon, but when you the users click this feature to look at "history of infractions" take note of the dates and call out any unusual timing, especially very quick back-to-back infractions to add up to a substantial ban. Could be indicative of a mod taking out a poster that offends them with prejudice or targeting users.

It's the first we've heard anything of it, being an off-shoot of ResetEra like the PC Steam group, PC Steam Discord, etc. Did you get removed from this Hangout group? How many users did it have & what was usually discussed? Did you have any screenshots of dumb interactions there?

I was confused by the separate Hangout & EtcetEra buttons on their top nav, and searching for Android in either didn't turn anything up so I'm wondering if there's an EtcetEra sub group in the Hangout app. Unless you can pinpoint what exactly the Android sub-board is?

If these kinds of people could make this argument once, even just once, without mentioning the alt right or right wing trolls or goobergrape. Just make it completely non-partisan and neutral: no-platforming someone for stupid shit they said years ago is categorically wrong, regardless of who they support.

If they could do that once, they'd get some people on both sides of the aisle agreeing with them.
