Their are plenty of games that let you dress up as what ever most games now a days a pretty gender neutral when referring to the player. They tend to refer to you as (insert title) so they can save on Voice work and script reading. You cant get more gender neutral then a generic title.

What kind of chucklefuck dipstick is helpless enough that they can't survive without Amazon same day deliveries and ordering food to the front door from the internet? Apparently this guy.

Living in a small town is pretty good, most stores are still mom and pop businesses where the owners know all of their employees by name, fresh produce directly from farms (farm nearby has eggs and miIk in their decon room, everyone is free to walk in and leave their money in the cashbox) the air is relatively clean, and crime was rare (could keep my bike outside unlocked and the door open at night in the summer) until they opened a refugee center here. Oh well 'sic transit' and all that.
Wouldn't trade it for one of those dystopian 'cyberpunk' fagtropolis anthill ghettoes in my lifetime.

Are you really surprised that these people would all live in huge cities? They've never stepped into the coutryside, probably all have families making ~$100k+ a year, and have never had to work a 12 hour shift in their life. Basically they can live off mommy and daddy for their entire life and that's how they become this progressive.
