There is no such thing as a 'registered rifle' in Florida, ergo, the term 'unregistered rifle' is completely meaningless. Every long gun is 'unregistered.'
This is why when you start by saying "kind of got to side with the resetera fags here..." you should probably pause.
In the US, when people talk about "registered firearms" they're talking about registered fully automatic machine guns, suppressors, short barrelled rifles/shotguns. The vast majority of firearms require no registrations beyond the background check at purchase and can be sold to other private individuals without paperwork.
