I’ve been reading the NeoGAF thread on it. Based on the discussion in that thread, NeoGAF seems to be getting better. Only one person in the thread has been banned. There is a ResetERA refugee, marrec, trying to defend the forum.
Apparently, the KIA mod deleted the post on that topic.
Edit: Apparently, LordKano is threatening to sue the person who made the initial thread on ResetERA’s pedo problem.

LordKano is the weak point in all of this. He's in with the ownership group but blatantly breaks site rules and somehow avoids bans every time, he's probably the most hated poster among members on resetera as a result. The guy is a loose cannon but founders will die on a cross for him for whatever reason. Poke him and the house of cards will fall down when the rest of the site see admins and moderators applying double standards for him.
