Because it's very likely Isamu Fukui doesn't like the insane troons who run his forum. This is why he's never using the forum or posting about trans issues.

More like his political ignorance. The House has nothing to do with redistricting and couldn't gerrymander shit, let alone be able to stack a Supreme Court or somehow "gerrymander" the Senate. See, I think he could get away with this - it's pretty lame, but it can come across sweet - if he went with something very simple and casually thrown together, if she's interested she can call, if not, no big deal, the next time he sees her will be awkward, but they can move past it. But of course he needs to make it some grand gesture and research and practice, that's going to come off creepy and off putting except in the highly unlikely scenario she's as into him and he is into her.
Hilarious as always how inept these people are at social interaction when they're so quick to judge what's acceptable and not.

How can it be that hard to understand ? I understand not having the balls to do it (I can't do it personally), but the "process" of asking someone else out without being a creep isn't that complicated.

Imagine a complete stranger with blue hair, bringing you a fucking gift at the end of your shift. If a woman do it, it's kind of cute. If a ~30 male with an avenger t-shirt does it, it's creepy period.
