It wasn't that long ago that gamers regularly bitched about cheats ruining the fun of a game. Now it's an international war crime if it's not allowed. I suppose the shitty part of living in a civilization is that people like this are no longer eaten by packs of coyotes.

You know the funny thing? Customizable difficulty CAN be done well. I was quite impressed with the array of difficulty options in Fell Seal. If you really want to make the game easier, you can, but you can also make it significantly harder. It's not inherently a bad option to have.

... but you're still a little bitch if you put it on Game Journalist difficulty.

If there was something like a deranged twitter bingo, I'm willing to bet this guy would fill out almost the entire card by himself. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes trans in the near future.

Listening to his voice in his Twitch streams, trooning out will be the next logical step on his path to suicide.

I remember when Etrian Odyssey implemented difficulty settings. They were done competently and only a few users on the various vidya forums of the time had objections to it. You would think that this would end the complaints from people like the tards on ERA, but no - they complained that the game was still too hard, and then began getting pissy that other players considered beating the games on higher difficulties to be a badge of personal pride. Seeing them whine because beating Nexus on Heroic gives you a special icon on your player card for being sufficiently hardcore and complaining that the players who took pride in a legitimately difficult achievement were "toxic" never ceases to be a source of amusement.
