Yes, wayback machine will delete archives. I don't know under what circumstances, but its commonly agreed that it is not a safe repository anymore.

Ah okay. I have always used the Wayback Machine for its ease of use and handy Chrome extension, which meant instant archival at the press of a single mouse click. But if that's the case and domain owners can request deletions of stuff they don't agree with I guess I will switch to Webpage Archive even though the process is more manual due to the lack of a handy extension. Might check out the Archive Today extension that I had always been meaning to too. Thanks.

You're welcome. I use the "Bookmarklet" for Archive.Today because it also works on mobile, but they have extensions for FireFox, Edge, and Chrome.

What happened here, I only started to notice the site change after the Nov election.

Mid 2020 after the initial pandemic scare, the site settled in to a fun groove, it had a core group of members that were entertaining, had their own personality and brought a good laugh to gaf. Tyler was sound as well, making some fun posts.

Then before the election he changed web hosts, quietly binned off some mods and then went full retard.
