I think the creator said that he doesn't actually develop the bot anymore in a regular way. If you tag him he will try to fix it, but I don't remember his name.

The actual report really need to be read. They claim to have identified 20% of the bad racists in their sample. As they lump in all harassment together - legal harassment like getting physical with a chink, verbal harassment that apparently is harassment if it happens/is said once - they still only claim to have managed to find the races of 57 racist harassers, 25% of their 20%. When they split it out to offenses, it either falls along normal demographic lines or has surprising outliers due to small samples, like Vietnamese and actual Chinks being as big on harassing Asians via what they call verbal harassment.

So, if they can't find these horrible people and the harassment falls along demographic lines, where is this 90% coming from?
