You know, as much as I hate the term “micro-agressions” - having been a pretty big Idle Thumbs fan back in the day, I have always believed that Gaynor is one of those prima donna asshole types who gets snitty when anyone talks back to him and is nasty and sarcastic when he doesn’t like someone’s work. He seems like one of those people who lets any minor power immediately go to his head,

I have definitely seen bosses like that drive people out of jobs just through wearing them down and burning them out. Not to say that it is the case, but I also am not going to immediately assume the women are just soft and whiney either.
