Yep, according to Google 4'10" is the generally accepted cutoff. But I also hear the actual determination is based on whether the limbs are proportional to the rest of the body, so it's not just height.

Also it's 4'10" measured for an adult's height. Chris could still be interested in females around 4'10" that aren't dwarfs, but they may not be adults either...

Also, notice his stereotyped behavior playing with his hair. This is something a child does, an adult woman doesn't, because they know it can damage it or cause it to get filthy very quickly. A perfect example of Chris mimicking what he thinks real women do.

I have always wondered what real women Chris finds attractive (Not just cartoon characters, vague features and traits), although when he mentions Cindy Crawford I wonder if he really would be interested in a 50 year old or is just thinking about her younger self?

He's probably too retarded to understand people aging when not within his vicinity. He probably thinks people remain unchanging when outside of his attention because his toys are the same way. Bob was slowly dying in front of him and he still couldn't tell.
