I think Chris would love the youtuber and creepypasta narrator Madame Macabre.

I thought it was telling that those are both books that are commonly assigned in high school English classes in the USA. I sincerely doubt he sought either one out on his own.

(And that's if he read them at all, I think you could be right that he's only seen the movies. Probably also just as part of a high school lit class.)
Absolutely guarantee it was for high school lit class. Could he have seen the movies instead of reading the books? Probably. And I'll throw this out there... Seeing a good movie adaptation, reading some internet notes, and paying half-assed attention in class is often enough to bluff your way through a HS lit class. Lots of teachers will end up having you re-read the important parts of the book in class anyway. Then they'll give assignments on parts they think are particularly noteworthy.

Not saying I recommend this path, but the system can be gamed, if you're creatively lazy. Which means Chris would probably not have the skill to pull it off.

Yeah, kids have it easy these days with the Internet.

In my day (late 1980s/early 1990s), you had to buy Cliff's Notes/Coles' Notes from a bookstore to pretend you had read the full book!

I can't wait for the day when one of those Spanish moss clumps of hair comes off in his hand.

Also, honest 'naive' question here, but are lesbians even all that into tits?

While not representative of all lesbians, I can definitely say... Yes. Yes they are.
Often a lot.
Just not moobs. Those are a definite turn off.

This might be the best example of Chris literally becoming the girlfriend he can't have. The hair-stroking is just a natural evolution of him stroking pony hair, and the sweater could very well be an attempt to emulate a pony color (or, honestly, it could just be an autistic I'M A GIRL SO I WEAR PINK thing).

And seriously, his verbal skills are almost nonexistent now. The only thing he could get out intelligibly was "have a good and safe day". I was hoping that his trips out of the house to the gay bars would at least keep him around normal people enough to keep his conversational skills sharp, but at this rate, Chris will be talking like Tarzan within two years.

I dunno, realistically he would if he thought he had any chance of getting with her but the women he mentioned all seem to be more along the lines of "Swimsuit Model" rather than nerdy girl.
Well, "nerdy girls" tend to come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from huge to petite, just because there's no connection between how someone looks and how they act (oddly, this is a recurring theme in most of the preteen media Chris consumes, but he doesn't see how it applies to him). So it's perfectly reasonable to think he can find a swimsuit model who likes Pokemon and Legos. What's not reasonable is to think he has anything to offer her in return. Chris thinks "pleasant conversation" and "sharing interests" is enough, but that's really the barest minimum for what a partner will be looking for. Also, he's letting her know right away that she needs to take care of the money and be open to all kinds of sex.

It's interesting that Chris has, for once, acknowledged that he needs to offer something in return... But he's also under the mistaken impression that he actually has anything to offer.

There's something almost comforting about hearing Chris rattling off his ridiculously high standards for potential lovers after all this time, and then realising that it's practically stayed the exact same despite all the harsh life lessons he's been taught.

I don't know much about the character but it seems ridiculously unfair that he'd exclude the Big Bang Theory's Amy from his sleepover party just because he doesn't like how her face looks, it just goes to prove exactly what the intentions were for his planned lesbian sleepover party last year.

Regardless I'm loving that The Powers That Be are getting him to answer random questions on his 'live streams,' it's a little like a video version of the Mailbag and that can't be a bad thing.

5 minutes in and I realize I'm watching Attraction Sign: The Movie. Fatty doesn't have the energy to draw one and go outside anymore so he's doing it from home and listing the requirements on video. Christ.
My lord, it is.

He's spent so much time being told to cut it out with the whole attraction sign thing so now he's found a way to get around that and put himself out there with all his shallow standards and gross misunderstanding of how dating works without actually soliciting in a public space.

I don't think anyone should be surprised by this. Chris is painfully predictable and it doesn't help that his self-awareness is almost nonexistent.

Plus, homeboy is flashing some multiple personality disorder here. Listening to him flit in and out of character voices like (more) autistic Robin Williams is mildly unsettling.
I assume this is a taste of what went down with Mary Lee. Just a sudden, high pitched "Yeah, ya mean Ol meanie, leave chrishhun an his noble love quest alone!".

It was probably just himself, like the mysterious benefactor who bought him the PS4. Who the fuck else would give enough of a shit what kind of girl Chris wants to write this long of a list of questions about it?

Here's a fun game for the Kiwi Kids Korner. In this entire panorama of crap, find one single book!
