I'm not offended by the cartoon, I just don't really care. The art, though, is more garbage than anything I've seen on tv maybe ever. It's like someone went through really bad tumblr art - not the grotesque type, just very low skill - and cleaned up a bunch of the messy lines and patchy coloring jobs so that it could be animated. There was a style of art for a while that was like 'scribble animation' where they intentionally drew every single frame differently to make simple animation look more dynamic and that was still better art than this. The line weight and style is so bad I could almost believe it was drawn in MSpaint, the color palette is just offputting and unpleasant to look at, and the things that are meant to be 'simplified' are done in such a way as if someone had heard the concept of simplification but didn't really understand it or the basics you must first understand before employing it.

I'm much more offended by the bad art than the subject matter, honestly. All the other works that get criticized like Adventure Time and Stephen Universe at least had a certain amount of skill behind them and failed at things like storyboarding rather than the art itself. This is the kind of art that ordinarily you can't criticize because it's coming from some teenager who's still learning how to do it all, except it's being passed off as professional work.

I cannot emphasize enough how bad this art is. But at least it's just some original work. Please do continue to make boring, bad original work with which to stuff all your agenda driven nonsense into and don't take pre-existing content like She-Ra to do it with. But they probably won't, because even kids won't want to watch something that ugly on their screens.

haha they're still trying to push big gay on muslims in kid cartoons. Keep poking that bear, it's beginning to stir.

Visuals aside, do these woke shows tell their voice actors not to voice ACT anymore? They all sound like "normal" people doing their typical voices and not a cartoon character that could only come to life through a specific performance. Trying to have normality in a show about demon occult shit.........boring.
