Here's the full story:
He started out at the company about 9 months ago, he was working with my boss for the first two months while his assistant was on maternity leave, he was then reassigned to me.
We only talked about work but one of my coworkers asked him to go for drinks with us and he kinda had a thing for me ever since. That was 4 months ago. I was always polite to him but he took it the wrong way and a couple of days after he went out with us, he asked me out. I declined and told him that I don't date coworkers and that I see him more as a friend.
The day after that I received the first ever anonymous piece of paper that said ''Good morning gorgeous''. I thought somebody was messing around and didn't think much of it. I've received over 30 anonymous notes every since and didn't know who was leaving them around until a week ago. He was getting coffee and I asked him to pick up chamomile tea for me, that afternoon I get another note that said ''Your hands are as gentle as a chamomile flower. I want to hold them''. I knew it was him.
It made sense, he knew my schedule, had full access to my office and knew whenever I was out so he could leave me the note. I confronted him a day later about it and told him it made me feel uncomfortable because some of the notes were super creepy and sexual. He promised that he would stop and that he would make sure our relationship was 100% professional.
Later that morning I sent him this message and I guess he flipped out. I showed this and the anonymous notes to my boss, and my coworkers verified that he had asked me out before. He was fired and my boss threatened to personally sue him if he doesn't back off (we're a law firm).
I had to step out of my office again only to return and find it completely messy,my things all over the floor and important paperwork shredded up. I had to take some personal days off and I'm staying with a friend because I'm concerned he might stalk me.
