I dunno, man, I'm not a weeb. I have heard animators are paid shit. Dunno anything about whether or not they export it to the Koreans to do.

EDIT: Thanks to the magic of google, this is what I've discovered:
1.) Anime studios do in fact, sometimes, rarely hire foreigners to work for them. Usually these foreigners already live in Japan for some reason, that reason being they're working one of the jobs held as I mentioned above. The advice I saw given was go to Japan as an English teacher and apply to studios while there.

2.)... This. Just this:

According to a Japan Animation Creators Association survey of 759 animators, the average yearly income is 1.1 million yen or approximately ten thousand dollars. Which is less than a thousand bucks a month. And that’s working, again, on average, eleven hours a day. That’s rough for a country as expensive as Japan.

This makes you a fucking idiot, as generally working as a fucking English teacher, a job extremely low on the social totem pole in East Asian countries (and one our weeaboo brony friend was quick to shit all over) generally pays 2.4 to 3 million yen per year, generally requires only the standard 40 hour work week, and often includes housing subsidized by the English teaching company for which the teacher works.

In fact, I'm flabbergasted at that animator's salary. I can't see how it's possible to live off of that in a country as expensive as Japan.

Also, I love how the vast majority of Nice Guys tend to glom onto girls who are 8/10 to 10/10 instead of aiming just a little lower at someone who is more accessible (remember kids, 5/10 isn't ugly, it's the average. Not everyone is a supermodel). Like gee, I dunno, maybe extremely hot girls have more options than girls who are just cute or pretty (but still attractive)?

And as much as you see these dudes wax about inner beauty and how being a good person is more important than being physically attractive, you'll never see them express that attitude towards the girl who, while a little overweight and frizzy-haired, is a genuinely warm, funny, and awesome person. Inner beauty and why it matters seems to exclusively apply to Nice Guys, and the only people who need to take a lesson and learn to appreciate people for who they are are extremely attractive women.

Exactly. The term "out of your league" exists for a reason. While couples of all kinds exist, it's pretty unrealistic to expect a supermodel-gorgeous girl with a perfect body to go out with you if you're slightly below average in the looks department. Again, there are tons and tons of couples where one partner is more attractive than the other (sometimes ridiculously so), but it's not a smart idea to hedge your bets on it happening to you.

And when it doesn't happen, that's no excuse to be a total manbaby and throw a fit because the girl you've been dying to get with decides to go after another guy instead.
