Thanks to users like @anionfarflung I gained plenty of images regarding Kayla. Only images relating to the subject at hand were used in the OP. Posting random unrelated images of her with no context felt uncomfortable to me.

Unfortunately he's been in YouTube jail all week so there's no way to pull up whatever that chat was that he was responding to, but the context left room for a hunch that he was answering something along the lines of "haha Aaron's going back to jail" or the like, in which case his response would have been implying that Nick and/or MAPton would be for something related to the HRO case that had a hearing coming up on Friday. If so, even money says he just got fooled by some Internet person peddling more super-sekreet something-ever-happens claptrap in private and he or someone else in that orbit passed along the same to Scarebro, as if any of them still haven't learned that he lives in a lawless failed state.

The charge is usually called something like "distribution" rather than "dealing." Technically, just walking around at a Phish show handing out joints would qualify.

It's just that in current year, that kind of stuff is almost never actually prosecuted as dealing unless they really have a hate-on for the guy.

Judge probably told Nick to stop violating court orders and the TRO without any consequences because the judge didn't want Nick to get in actual trouble.
It is understandable Aaron don't talk about it as there is an previous order to not talk about the case, and he has (from what I can remember) adhered to that order. The fact Nick or Melton is not talking might indicate they were reminded of that order and at most told not to violate it again.

Low-tier, yes, though only his college was low-cost. William Mitchell (now Mitchell Hamline) is a private school and was over $30k/ year tuition in 2011, when he started, and $38k/ year by 2015, when he & it finished.

Although a fair amount less than this year's tuition at its successor school, Mitchell Hamline, which is around $55k/year, MH slightly exceeds in tuition costs the $51k base tuition at monumentally-better-ranked* University of Minnesota.

*#20 vs #154 for Mitchell Hamline

And yes, he was a part-time student at William Mitchell, but he also took 7 semesters, so costs still $100k+, fully paid (and not via academic scholarship). ).
