I really wish that were the case, but it's not. We've got Anna here on the forums, and we even have Nick's official psychiatric evaluation: Unfortunately, Nick really is this fucked up.

I the last three paragraphs it indicates, He is schizophrenic, has a whole host of serious mental problems, violent sexual fantasies and can't care for himself.

That's a qualified medical professional saying that.... and yet he remains at large, Why the fuck isn't he locked up? He clearly need's to be locked up not just for his own good but the community's well being.

The United States is terrible about dealing with mental illnesses (oh, I forgot he's Canadian right? *sigh*).

The US has a huge mentally ill homeless population, that's where the "crazy, talking-to-himself hobo" stereotype comes from. The US has been de-institutionalizing since the 1950's, most mental health facilities are privately owned. If you're severely mentally ill your fate is usually being taken care of by family, homelessness, or jail.

This is in part due to medication, but even more so by spending cuts and re-prioritization by the government.

That's a surprise. I always pictured his family as the last holdouts hunkered down in Centralia, shooing away the government man who's trying to get them to safety.

EDIT: Fun fact! Centralia was the basis for at least one incarnation of Silent Hill! Nick would be right where he belongs.

Oh dude. Have you been to Centralia? You can put your hand on the paving across the street from the active fissure and still feel the heat. It is a bad-trippy place. And you just know he'd be bouncing all around there trying to LARP.

I don't know anyone who works in law enforcement in Bate's county, but I do know some state troopers who can probably pull some strings and help move things along.

Nick, the final straw for me was the video with Amber. Using clearly sexual language around a child, even under the guise of play takes things from edgy creepy tweets to actual actionable intent. I've already downloaded the videos from his YouTube which I fully expect to be purged soon, but if anyone has any tweets or content from Bate that show clear criminal intent, please post them here.

I took a trip to Centralia just because I'm a big fan of Silent Hill. You can actually hear the fire hundreds of feet under ground in some spots.

Anyway, back on topic. Sick Nick is the only cow I actually wish harm on just because of how messed up he is, how public he is about it, and that there's a strong possibility he molested his sister which I have zero tolerance for. Sadly I don't see him going to a psych ward or prison anytime soon unless he does something drastic. No one really gives a shit unless he gets caught by someone who does and as long as he remains sort of a hermit no one will pursue him I think.

That would mean he developed advanced, potentially life-threatening periodontal disease just for the camera.

Anyway, if he was a performance artist I would be relieved, but pretty upset with the guy too. Jan's persona never hurt anybody. By contrast, it's not very funny to pretend you violated your little sister, stalked a random woman on the other side of the country (and that's assuming she was in on it too), and spent your days smearing shit all over your walls and talking about how you fantasize about licking children's butts.
